Our Approach
How we prove the work is paying off.
You don’t need a wall of case studies to know if this is working. You need clear numbers, simple explanations, and a partner who will show you exactly what changed.
We’re Travis and Victoria — husband and wife, born and raised Texans. Based in Melissa. We work with small businesses across North Texas, and we keep our client list small on purpose so we can stay close to the work.
A real world example
A real audit walkthrough.
Here’s what it looks like when we audit a local business. This isn’t theory. It’s the same process we’d use with you.
Let’s say you’re an electrician in McKinney. You’ve been in business for years, most work comes from referrals, and you’re starting to notice more “electrician near me” vans around town. People tell you they couldn’t find you on Google. You’re busy enough now, but you want steadier work from McKinney, Allen, and Plano.
- Google Business Profile check. We start with your Google listing. Is your business name accurate? Are your hours and phone number correct? Do you have the right primary and secondary categories (for example, “Electrician” and “Electrical installation service”)? Are there recent photos? Do you have enough reviews compared to other electricians in McKinney?
- NAP consistency across directories. Next we check how your name, address, and phone (NAP) appear on major directories and maps. If Google sees three slightly different versions of your business, it gets cautious. We look for mismatched suite numbers, old phone numbers, or outdated addresses and create a plan to fix them.
- Website basics and speed. Then we open your site on a phone. Does it load quickly? Is it easy to see what you do and where you work? Is your phone number tap to call? We also check basic speed scores and page load times, because slow sites bleed visitors before they ever think about calling.
- Mobile usability. Most local searches happen on mobile. We check whether text is readable without zooming, buttons are easy to tap, and forms are simple. If someone in a driveway in McKinney is trying to call you with one hand, your site should make that effortless.
- On page SEO gaps. We look at the words on your key pages. Do your headings and titles clearly say “electrician in McKinney, Texas” or “electrical repair in Allen and Plano,” or do they use vague phrases like “solutions” and “services”? We note pages that need clearer copy, better structure, or city specific sections.
- Reviews and reputation. We compare your review count and rating to other electricians in McKinney and nearby cities. If everyone else has 80 reviews and you have 9, that matters. We’ll outline a simple, realistic review plan you and your team can actually follow.
- Local keyword rankings. Finally, we check how you show up for searches like “electrician in McKinney,” “breaker panel repair Allen,” and “emergency electrician Plano.” We look at both the map pack and the organic results so we know exactly where you’re strong, weak, or invisible.
We pull all of this into a short, straightforward summary. You see where you’re solid, where you’re behind, and which fixes will matter most for your business. Then we build your plan from there.
